Shipping & Returns
All orders we endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving payment. Once you have placed your order with us, it would be swiftly and cautiously processed and later handed over to the shipping agency ready for delivery. But please Note: No placed order leaves our store for delivery without prior completion of payments.
Rest assured once the order is placed we will get it to you and provide tracking so you can monitor along the way and have continuity to this shipment.
Orders over £500 in value will be dispatched any where in the world free of charge with tracking.
Order below that value will have a £30 standard charge which is non-negotiable which will be added to your order when checking out.

If in the unlikely event that the package is delivered to the customer chosen address and signed for as shown on the tracker. If you the customer then disputes he/she has actually received the package the dispute will then be between yourself and the courier as if we try to assist as we have done in the past the courier will simply refer to the tracker and point out it was signed for.
So the customer will have to take up this dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt which shows us that the courier acknowledges and accepts they were at fault somehow and the parcel was either lost or stolen, once you get this and forward to us we will ship again.
